Who we are
Draftastic is run by Alex Bristow, an independent developer in the UK (“we” and “us” here). These terms are between you and us. Questions: hello@draftastic.co.
Using Draftastic
- You can join a draft without an account. An organiser can create one without an account too, and save it to an account later.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- Don’t try to break, overload or get round the limits of the service, or to see what you shouldn’t.
If you run a draft
- You choose who takes part and what they’re asked. Only ask for what you need to make the teams.
- If you run a draft for children, use the School setting (or mark the draft as for children), and only add people you are responsible for, such as your class or club. You confirm you have the say-so you need from your school, club or the children’s parents to do that.
- You can delete a draft, and the information in it, at any time.
What you put in
Names, questions, answers, team names, crests and chat stay yours. You let us store and show them only to run your drafts. We may remove anything hurtful, unlawful or that breaks these terms, and close a draft or an account that is used to harm others.
Our promise, and its limits
We keep Draftastic working as well as we can, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or change. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using it, such as a draft that couldn’t run. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll say so on the site before the change applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
